The Gown Diagnostic: the 1916 gown is wider at the bottom attachment of the gown to the platform, and the gown also attaches to the foot.

the 1917 gown is narrower and bends upward at both sides, more of a rounded look, and the gown does not attach to the foot.

The Hair Diagnostic: The 1916 has a single hair strand or spike.
